Since its establishment, Halken Construction had created a unique style with projects that combine aesthetics and quality with local and contemporary norms. The company has changed the appearance of Tuzla in Famagusta and Mutluyaka, with the projects called Yaşam Site, Alasya Homes, Akasya Homes and Mutluyaka Homes, which are completed and sold. Our projects which are currently under construction and on sale are Tuzla Yanikent Homes of which the construction has recently begun, Halken Tower Apt. on the Larnaca Road, and the flats and shops in the outstanding region of Bahceler Road in Iskele.
Our company chooses to invest solely in Famagusta Region, and 99% of the customers are local people. Halken Construction and Estate Company Limited was established in 1996 as a result of a collaboration and solidarity of entrepreneurs from different occupational groups. The company is owned by eight partners that have equal shares and is administered by a board of directors. Our company is a member of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association of Cyprus and is also certified with "First Class Civil Engineering Licence of Turkish Cypriot Council of Construction" .
